Wide variety of woollen yarns (semi-combed yarns) of long fibres in both raw and coloured yarns.

We offer a wide variety of woollen yarns (semipinned) of long fibres in both raw and coloured yarns. We have a great experience in long fibre yarns, as corroborated by our more than 45 years of experience in the market, manufacturing both conventional and technical yarns for different applications.

We manufacture from a metric 5 to a 50, 1 and several strands.

We manufacture from metric 5 to 50, 1 and multi-ply. We offer yarns obtained from Kanecaron® fibres and their blends.

General information about the polymer: Kanecaron fibres, depending on their type, have different characteristics in terms of their oxygen limit (LOI. Percentage of oxygen necessary to achieve combustion), highlighting the fact that it is a fibre that does not melt but carbonises, a factor that produces a rigid surface that, after combustion, continues to provide protection. The difficult flammability is permanent, without being deteriorated by the action of washing the garment. This characteristic is obtained directly by the modification of the polymer during the fibre extrusion process and cannot be altered during spinning, weaving or finishing, as well as by the care and maintenance operations to which the garments are subsequently subjected. The physical performance, i.e. high dimensional stability after repeated washing, light fastness and alkali resistance, is ensured with these fibres. Fibre properties: http://www.kanecaron.com

We manufacture from metric 5 to 30, with 1 and several strands.

Yarns obtained from Polyamide 6 and Polyamide 66 fibres.

Polyamide yarns are excellent due to their high mechanical strength, good fatigue resistance, high damping power, good sliding properties and outstanding wear resistance which is why they excel in the manufacture of paint rollers.

We manufacture polyester yarn from metric 5 to 40, 1 and multi-ply. We use high tenacity polyester to manufacture maximum strength yarns (We also manufacture texturised polyester yarn).

We manufacture from metric 5 to 50, with 1 and several plies. We offer yarns obtained from flame retardant polyester fibres.

Polymer General: Polyester is a category of polymers containing the ester functional group in its main chain. The term polyester generally refers to synthetic polyesters (plastics), which include polycarbonate and especially polyethylene terephthalate. Polyester is formed synthetically from ethylene glycol plus terephthalic acid, producing the polymer or poltericolethane. As a result of the polymerisation process, the fibre is obtained, which is the basis for the production of sewing threads and for the manufacture of fabrics. Chemical properties:

    • Strong Alkali: Low
    • Weak Alkali: Low
    • Strong Acid: Good
    • Weak Acid: Excellent
    • Oxidising agents: Excellent
    • Hydrolysis: Poor

We manufacture from a metric 5 to a 50, 1 and several strands.

We manufacture from metric 5 to 50, with 1 and several plies. We offer yarns obtained from flame retardant viscose fibres, normally accompanied by other materials depending on the final application of the woven product.

Polymer Generalities: Flame retardant viscose fibres have a perfectly penta and/or hexagonal polyhedral cross-section. Longitudinally it is characterised by a smooth and homogeneous surface.

These fibres have a much higher thermal stability than conventional viscose due to the decomposition temperature of the polymer.

    • Natural antistatic fibre.
    • Good breathability.
    • Optimal product for skin sensitivity.
    • Optimal moisture management.
    • Good environmental friendliness.

We manufacture from a metric 5 to a 40, 1 and several strands.

We manufacture from metric 5 to 50, 1 and multiple strands.

General information about Kermel Polymer Kermel is a polyamide-imide, classified within the aramide family. It has been developed for application in products requiring high performance in both thermal and mechanical resistance in the manufacture of heat and flame protection equipment. Properties of the fibre:

    • Naturally flame retardant
    • Thermostable at high temperatures over long periods of time and even temperatures up to 1000°C for seconds
    • Exceptional colour fastness
    • Ensures excellent thermal insulation
    • High chemical resistance
    • Good mechanical resistance
    • Soft and comfortable to the touch
      flawless appearance – no pilling

They are used in various industrial processes, due to their good electrical, chemical and mechanical properties. Chemically resistant to aqueous solutions of inorganic acids, weak organic acids, lyes, alcohol and some oils.
